-Ice

-50ml vodka

-50ml peach schnapps

-100ml cranberry juice

-100ml orange juice

-Squeeze of lime

-Lemon slices, cherries or mint to serve

Method:

-Mix vodka, peach snapps, lemon juice and ice in cocktail shaker and shake well

-Pour into two glasses

-Top up each glass with equal cranberry and orange juice

-Add lemon, cherries or mint and serve

2: Cosmopolitan

Ingredients:

-30ml vodka

-30ml cranberry juice

-15ml triple sec

-Lime juice

-Ice

-Slice of lime or orange to serve

Method

-Mix vodka, cranberry juice, triple sec, juice of half a lime, and ice in a cocktail shaker

-Strain into glass

-Add slice of lime or orange to serve

Ingredients:

-15ml vodka

-Scoop of cake flavoured ice-cream

-Sparkling rosé

-Icing and sprinkles for rim of glass

-Rim champagne flute with icing and sprinkles

-Add scoop of ice cream and vodka to glass

Ingredients

-Fairy floss

-Champagne

Method:

-Fill glass with clouds of fairy floss

-Fill with champagne

-Top with extra fairy floss clouds

5: Classy Champagne Jello Shots

The perfect mixture of classy and “omg remember doing this in high school?!”. Our champagne jello shots are a fun way to make sure your guests are getting tipsy and having fun. You can play with the presentation, from using simple mini plastic cups or get fancy with making them into fun shapes.

Ingredients:

-1 strawberry or raspberry flavoured jelly packet (85gm)

-1 cup boiling water

-½ cup cold water

-1 ½ cups champagne (rosé for stronger pink flavour)

-Cookie cutters or shot glasses to serve

Method

-Combine cup of boiling water and jelly packet, stir until completely dissolved

-Pour in champagne

-Add cold water

-Pour into shot glasses

-Chill for 3-4 hours

-If you’re wanting fun shaped jello, poor instead into flat tray and cut into shapes after chilling

6: Toblerone

An interesting combination of liquors come together in this recipe to create a drink reminiscent of the Toblerone. For lovers of chocolate and alcohol, this drink combines our two favourite things.

Ingredients:

-30ml kahlua

-30ml frangelico

-30ml baileys

-60ml cream

-Chocolate sauce

Method:

-Line glass with chocolate sauce

-Shake kahlua, frangelico, baileys and cream in cocktail shaker

-Pour into chocolate lined glass

7: Tequila Sunrise

Who doesn’t love a drink that’s this pretty? The gradient effect of a tequila sunrise looks stunning, and it tastes amazing too. Perfect to sip on just as the night is beginning, when you know you have a long one ahead. The trick to this one is not stirring to keep the colour effect!

Ingredients:

-60ml tequila

-120ml orange juice

-10ml grenadine

-Dash of bitters

-Ice

-Orange wedge to serve

-Fill tall glass with ice

-Add tequila and orange juice and bitters

-Slowly pour in grenadine

-Serve with orange wedge

8: Watermelon Cooler

A refreshing drink for a summers hens night, or when you’re starting the drinking early. Everyone loves the sweet taste of watermelon, and getting drunk from that? Even better if you ask us!

Ingredients:

-Watermelon

-45ml gin

-15ml sugar syrup

-20ml lime juice

-45ml soda

-Ice

Method:

-Crush watermelon in the cocktail shaker

-Add gin, lime juice and sugar syrup

-Shake and strain over ice

-Top with soda

-Garnish with watermelon

9: Raspberry Daiquiri

A delicious flavour in a classic cocktail. Looks pretty and tastes delicious. The raspberry adds the perfect pink flavour to this drink, making it a perfect drink to have in hand during party photos.

Ingredients:

-50ml white rum

-25ml lime juice

-2 teaspoons caster sugar

-6 raspberries

Method:

-Mix 5 raspberries and sugar into paste in cocktail shaker

-Add rum and lime juice

-Shake well

-Strain into glass

-Garnish with remaining raspberry

-Strain into salt-rimmed glass
